As a VIP member, you get exclusive access to styles starting at $39.95. Shop or 'Skip the Month' by the 5th of each month to avoid a $49.95 charge, which becomes a member credit you can use anytime.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 60-day return and exchange policy. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. Returns for a refund carry a small restocking fee, while exchanges and reward point returns are free.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 4-9 business days within the contiguous United States. We also offer expedited and express shipping options at checkout if you need your fashion fix sooner.
How do I find my perfect shoe size?
Each product page includes a detailed size chart and 'Fit Rating' based on customer feedback. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for boots and sizing down for open-toe sandals.
What payment methods do you accept?
